THE CHALLENGE

Briefing: An impactful beach theme decoration to the plenary, that could be set up in 2 hours, for the launch of the Coppertone brand to 300 global Bayer CEOs.

THE PERCEPTION

Our proposal: to created an immersive experience for guests entrance, to set the tone for the launch presentation. Guests were surprised by an exciting atmosphere simulating early stages of sunrise, composed by lights, video, audio and decor. When everyone was seated, the sun finally rose with exciting music and actors entered the room simulating a day at the beach around the sun!

THE SATISFACTION

Project was so successful that Bayer decided to repeat the activation to several Coppertone presentations! Guests were excited and shared the experience through their social media.
